what are some before and after health care tips for getting my wisdom teeth pulled?

Im 21 years old and it is finally time to get my wisdom teeth pulled because they are beginning, well.. have been hurting now for a while… what should i do to prepare for this? and what are some good recommendations for after the surgery… should i get 2 pulled at a time? or is it best to have them all pulled? should i choose to be numbed or put under anesthesia?
