Trying to lose weight for health reasons; I don’t use pills or fad diets, just regular diet & exercise and I’m trying to gear my diet toward a higher protein, moderate carb, low fat style. Also would like to know which cardio exercises are the best at weight loss (I currently work on ellipticals, treadmill and stationary bike-not spinning). Goal weight: 163lbs. Currently: ~200lbs.
