		<description>My rules are much simpler.  Eat all the vegetables you want.  One fruit a day.  All the water you can drink.  Eat lean protien every day.

Avoid white food. This includes sugar, flour, rice..anything white..avoid in any quantities.

When you eat a meal..eat a portion the size of your fist.  This is proper portion control and you don&#039;t have to worry about counting calories.

I have lost 40 pounds just changing the foods I eat and how much.

I also believe in taking fish oil and a multi vitamin every night.</description>
