I want to lose weight and just get healthier all-together. I’m in college, and eat tons of junk. I stuff myself with pizza, chips, beer and pop, and it feels good at the time. But the next day I feel bloated and disgusting.

What are some guidelines to follow eating healthier? I know I’ll never get all the servings I’m supposed to and eliminate all the bad things, I just want to eat better.
