Pilates are AMAZING!!!! trust me! i know i sound like one of those lame ads for weight loss but they seriously work! in 3 weeks or even less than that, i toned up and lose over 2 inches on my body.
i did the Shapes Pilates for Pink workout!
but any of the work out from GIAAM work good too. They also have cardio pilates that incorporate cardio exercises to make you lose even MORE weight and tone you up even quicker!

idk i suggest maybe just do pushups and sit ups, i dont know about food just not the junk stuff lol. u know what im sayin?
