some dieticians who are being disrespectful to fatsos say that “you are what you eat”. Bruce lee says “be water my friend”. It follows that you should drink as much as your bladder can hold.
I just read that water is an aphrodesiac last week. Dont over do the water tho. Just keep, you know, a little more watery.

Not at all
You can reverse your body by doing physical exercises and cutting down your fat.
Can you reverse the way you look (your face) by going to gym, doing exercise?

the reason people eat most of the time when the ‘feel’ hungry is because they are dehydrated. hunger is a result of many things including boredom. distract yourself with human2human contact (like talking) and exercise to loose weight. Also drink water. BUT MAINLY, EXERCISE!

The Mongolian nomads drink no water. They cant afford the wood to boil it for saftey. There are no healthier peoples on the planet than them. What do you make of that?

There’s actually more regulation for tap water too, and bottled water uses a ton of plastic, obviously…

tap water is perfectly fine, many people dont know that bottled water contains more salt then tap water
