Well, I **** at matching colours to people, so I’ll skip that bit.
I can give you some exercise tips though.
Try to do some pushups and tricep dips for your arms. If pushups on the ground are too hard, you can do them on a wall by standing about a metre away from a wall, putting your hands shoulder-width apart on it and leaning into the wall and pushing off with your arms.
Here is a site for tricep dips using a chair:
For stomach, you can try crunches and planks/bridges. Bridges are pretty hard for beginners, but once you get started, you can start improving. This site shows you how to do bridges. As you get better, you can increase your time:
For calves, try standing with the balls of your feet on a stool or a step. Let your heel hang over the edge and stretch it down as far as you can without falling, then rise up on your toes. Make sure you hold onto something for balance and that the step or stool is stable.
Thighs. You can do lunges, squats etc.

I did this workout for a while, and I did see a difference. I jsut got too lazy after a while
Also, cardio or aerobic exercise helps burn calories. You can’t reduce fat in certain areas just by exercising them. Your body burns fat from all over, so the best thing to do is to burn as many as you can. Running, walking, biking, swimming, rowing can all help, and there are heaps more.
Remember to stretch before and after. So many people forget or don’t bother, but it is so important. It makes the workout more effective and helps prevent injury. It’s also good if you can’t be bothered to work out or aren’t able to because of an injury. It helps keep your body warm and flexible.

A lot of the major makeup companies out there have diagnostic quizzes on their websites – you answer questions like eyecolor, haircolor, etc. and they tell you what products and shades they recommend. I posted the ones from CoverGirl and Revlon below – enjoy!

Swimming and/or brisk walking tones ALL your muscles and is easy and fun and can be done every day. Also, make sure you’re walking with good straight posture and stomach muscles held tight, head up, shoulders back.
Calves: This is easy and can be done on any stairs. Stand on a step/stairs with your heels hanging off the edge. Hold onto a railing for balance. Slowly go up onto your tip toes and slowly lower. Repeat until you begin to feel the burn/fatigue in your calf muscles. You will feel very sore so don’t over do it. Do a set of 20 and do it each day, or every other day. Be careful to raise and lower SLOWLY… do not flop down fast or you could injure your calf muscles bad.
Makeup: You can probably wear any colors and it would look good with your complexion. I don’t know how old you are or how often you normally wear makeup. I would stick with basics that anyone can wear… black or brown or even clear mascara. (It gives lashes a really dewy “wet” and natural look). Any of those colors will enhance your lashes.
Eyeshadow: you can play around with eyeshadow more than anything. Why not go to the store and grab a bunch of different colors that attract you and experiment? I personally never wear just one color forever, but rather I mix or blend two or three at a time. I personally don’t think very light opaque pastel/white shadow looks good on anyone but other than that it all depends on what colors you like. Are you looking for a natural look? Go for sheer colors in peaches, tans, sage green, plum, etc. Think earth tones and all of these can blend and work well together in any combination. Blending a shadow along the outside of your upper lash line gives a much softer line than any eyeliner.
One thing I always think looks so great, especially on light haired women is plum-colored shadow, done in a smokey eye or along the lash line. Sage greens also look awesome when used instead of black or brown, and bothof these colors are unexpected. This is more of a dramatic look though. But It’s a great alternative to black and brown, which from personal experience I know can look too harsh on fair hair and skin.
Mostly, have fun and experiment with makeup! You might surprise yourself and it’s fun to play with. Plus.. it washes of

excuse me…
EIGHTH GRADE?
ok now that i’m done with that…
I don’t know about you, but i bet your mom doesn’t love the idea of you wearing a ton of makeup, maybe you aren’t either. so If you’re just trying to look nice at school then here are a few all around tips.
(I’m glad you want to look your age. at your age everyone’s clean and fresh and pretty)
1. PERSONAL HYGENE need i say more? get something that smells nice too.
2. for your body I doubt you’re the really fat types so for your legs
a. do wall sits. “what are wall sits?” put your back against the wall and sit down and bend your knees into and 90 d angle. listen to a regular lenghted song and when the song is over, your thighs should be killing you.
3. For the rest of you If you’ve got some belly. do sit ups NOT “crunches”. do arm circles with VERY light weight barbells, like uh… 5lbs max.
4. MAKEUP!!! I love makeup. I’m a nonprofessional makeup artist.
eyes: don’t use eyeliner, your to young to wear it, know how to apply it and you’ll kill yourself. (trust me i did.) wear mascara. maybelline is realy good. my trick for bigger eyes is to apply one more time after it dries. COLOR I would do something dull, like a grayish purple. apply alot just where your eye is like alot! and just slowly rub it up below your browbone.
lips: since you have an intense smokey eye thing going on, I’d give you hot lips too. like three shades up your normal lip color.
don’t use alot of blush. neutragena makes great powders and blushes.
don’t use foundation.
use a slightly tinted moisturizer.
THINGS TO SPLURGE ON
the lipgloss and lipstick.
a good makeup REMOVER (yes it has to come off) lol
THINGS ON SALE
the mascara, eyeshadow, all maybelline and if you must get loreal HIP eyeliner.
OTHER STUFF
since you want to wear makeup you have to take care of your face. go to your rite ade and buy a relaly quick 60sec scrub and good moisturizer.
sorry this was sooo long, and the caps are like headings you know?
