I remember seeing some time this week (July 2-7) that they were certain foods that could prevent sun burns. I think i remember that tomatoes helped prevent sun burns. but do you know if there is a type of food that helps you get darker. i know if you take your vitamins and eat breakfast you can get some sun and not a sun burn but i was just wondering if there was any other type of food that can help?
