Can you please help me create a healthy eating plan for breakfast and lunch?

I’m a female teen and my parents serve healthy foods for dinner and I eat a small portion. Lunch and breakfast, on the other hand, is up to me. Do you have any suggestions for what I should be eating for breakfast and lunch and in between? Basically from 7am to 6pm (we have dinner later on). Thx!

You should have a blender, and mix different kinds of fruit in it to create a fruit smoothie, so you don’t have to eat all the fruits. It’s healthy and delicious. You should also eat cereal and toast or whatever food thats in the grain category, because again, its healthy, and its good. Drink milk and orange juice everyday for breakfast, its good calcium. For lunch, eat salad often, or eat pasta.
