		<description>Pilates are AMAZING!!!! trust me! i know i sound like one of those lame ads for weight loss but they seriously work! in 3 weeks or even less than that, i toned up and lose over 2 inches on my body. :) i did the Shapes Pilates for Pink workout! :) but any of the work out from GIAAM work good too. They also have cardio pilates that incorporate cardio exercises to make you lose even MORE weight and tone you up even quicker! :)

		<description>Get some good walking shoes and start walking!!   Start with 6 session a week about 30 to 45 minutes long.  Use the stairs when ever possible.    Biking is an excellent activity for toning the thighs.  

Add some swimming to  if you live in a warm climate and want to speed up the process.</description>

&gt; always carry something to protect yourself from the downpour. a raincoat or an umbrella will do.

&gt; never try to submerge any of your lower extremities when a flood occurs. wear protective footwear when you need to especially if you have an open would. a number of infectious diseases are lurking beneath the flood.

&gt; drink lots of fluids/juices to wash out toxins 

&gt; when drenched by the heavy rain, dry yourself ASAP or you can take a shower first and then dry yourself before taking a sip of that coffee. 

&gt; you can take in nutritional supplements such as Vit. C to increase resistance</description>

		<description>I highly recomend Interval Training. It is very similar to circuit training. It combines cardio(for fat burning) and resistance training(for building lean muscle tissue) into one workout. These are very fast and effective workouts that don&#039;t have you spending hours in the gym. Most of them you can do at home! No fancy equip-ment needed.

For example, pick 6 exercises. Complete each one for 30 seconds without rest in between. That equals 1 round. After each round rest 60-90 seconds then repeat whole circuit 3-5 more times. I like to do a bodyweight circuit(no added weights, just your bodyweight used as resistance) =&gt; squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups &amp; mountain climbers. Three rounds of those 6 exercises is an AWESOME workout and it only takes me 12 minutes!!!!
